When brokering is turned off in the product store settings, the system continues to execute brokering attempts every 5 minutes, failing each time with the error message:
"Brokering is disabled in product store settings."
If the product store settings were updated (e.g., brokering disabled) at a past date, the system keeps executing and retrying brokering tasks from that past date until brokering is re-enabled.
Steps to Reproduce:
Disable brokering from the product store settings.
After the brokering failed from its scheduled time, Observe the system attempting brokering every 5 minutes.
Check error logs/messages to confirm the recurring failure due to brokering being disabled.
