Description

New users may find it confusing that the 'sell online' chip on facility cards is controlled by the first toggle button ('online facility group') in the facility detail page. This lack of clarity can lead to difficulty in understanding how the system works.
Make it easier for users, especially new ones, to understand how the 'sell online' chip works with the 'online facility group' toggle in the facility detail page.

We should provide a selection by clicking the chip in case multiple groups
