Picklist filters and sorting on picklist items are not working once a picklist is marked as completed

Current behavior

Once the picklist is marked as completed, the filter and sort functions no longer work.

Expected behavior

Users should be able to filter picklists and sort items within a completed picklist.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open a picklist.
Scan or select the items and then mark the picklist as "Completed."
Try to apply any filter the picklists or sort the items of some any other picklist.
Observe that the filtering and sorting actions do not respond.
