- Delete unnecessary definations (already defined in report.cls) and comments (Sorry to ex-contributors, I'll make a list later!^_^)
- Add "Abbreviated Glossory" and "Publication List" page
- Chapter appendices and chapter bibliography (use biblatex instead of bibtex)
