Rate of requests too fast

I downloaded and used the script in order to check a very long list of emails. However, every 2 or 3 emails I would get a rate limit reached.

I bumped the rate up to 2.0 and it worked well. However, after about 100 requests, they suddenly stopped and haveibeenpwned.com stopped allowing queries.

I raised the rate to 5.0 and it ran fine from there on out.

I'm not sure if this is related to my requests, but for haveibeenpwned.com's sake, I would raise the rate to something slower.
