Expected behavior

First, I install tunny in rhino7, and next I run it in rhino8. It wont run.
python install maybe has bug.

Environment

OS: windows11
Rhino version: 8.6
Tunny version: 0.11

Steps to reproduce

Install Tunny & install tunny python env in rhino7
run tunny in rhino 8

Error messages, stack traces, or logs
