Prevent completion menu from showing when inserting whitespaces/tabs ?

A straightforward video of the behavior I don't want:

I'd much rather the menu only showup when I type a non-whitespace character.

EDIT : so with further inspection I've noticed that the behavior might actually be due to having CR bound to accept in my case, because inserting new lines with Alt-o does not make the popup appear despite also auto-indenting. I think having noticed this, it's sufficient to close and just leave a trace for someone else who'd be in the same boat :)
