[Feature] 💡 On-device debug reports

Hi @hrvach,

since I think it's kinda complicated to debug issues related to certain HID descriptors, issues with report parsing or special device`s behaviours, I thought it might be a good idea to have a logging facility implemented. I imagine something that can be activated on-the-fly (via shortcut maybe), that writes the related information to flash, which later on can be downloaded from WebUI for reporting on Github.
