Add more GE debugger features #8762

Features:

  • Break on render target
  • Break on specific command type (e.g. texture size)
  • Move specific commands types to a watch list

The placement of the render target button could be better...

Including z buffer as well, hope it's not confusing.
This allows us to toggle breakpoints on specific commands.
This way you can pick out items you want to watch.
