It seems to be a graphic card driver problem according to here: https://askubuntu.com/questions/541343/problems-with-libgl-fbconfigs-swrast-through-each-update

In my case, I'm using a nvidia GTX 960m card with driver version 470.129.06
Can you verify which version of nvidia graphic driver is supported? Will loop back if I have any succsess in debugging

After reverted to version 1, by changing repo

and reinstall packages: libnvidia-container-tools libnvidia-container1 nvidia-container-toolkit nvidia-container-toolkit-base ...
