Hi. Note that in the default parameter you used, sample_g_n will reach 100.

What method did you use to sample the dataset (like AMiner-Collaboration in the paper) to graph_0.txt, graph_1.txt, ... graph_99.txt?

Yes, all graphs are sampled from a large graph.
