On the Upload page add links to the AVR upload documentation:

https://software.docs.hubmapconsortium.org/avr/avr-upload.html
and
https://software.docs.hubmapconsortium.org/avr/avr-faq.html

It seems that the avr-upload.html document references "To upload antibody validation reports go to the AVR Upload Page (login required)." However the link does not go to the upload page.
Also, the current links in the upload page point to documents that have a '-v2' in them. This seems counter intuitive to me, and so I am asking?! https://software.docs.hubmapconsortium.org/avr/avr-template-v2.csv

I’m in process of updating all of the documentation for AVR website. I need to put new templates in. All of it I believe would be on the AVR upload page which isn’t ideal because we want to restrict uploads for the foreseeable future and have tables vetted first.

OK.... I'll move this card down in my priority list till you let me know that this work is done! Thanks! I'm glad that I checked!

@emquardokus Has this documentation been done? Can @ChuckKollar put the links in place in the UI yet?
