We have update the CSV file fields and need to update the docs, template, and example to reflect the new version:

Replace template CSV file currently available at URL Deploy tweaks #1 (this is linked on multiple AVR docs pages)
Replace example CSV file currently available at URL antibody-api initial docker deployment on TEST #2
Update table at URL Ensuring accuracy of specifications #3
