"As a RUI user, I would like to differentiate between tissue blocks in the EUI 3D space, so I can be more efficient and won't have to refer back to the portal."

Consider this feedback from a user as a use case:

"when you have a block in the 3D, it's just basically a uniform block which doesn't show any label. Is it possible to add a label to it?... like in the final result when I go to this portal where everything registered, for example, I take kidney and I see a bunch of blocks, but I don't know which one is which, so what I have to do, I wanted to find my block W, there is one block, Julian has presented a result on that one. So I click on one, okay, I have to scroll down, click on the open in new page in portal, see, okay, that's not W. Close, click on the other one... I want to see the block which is exactly having the label that I wanted... but I have to open it in the Senate portal to see its identifier basically. Okay. And then I know that it's a wrong identifier, so I open another one and I find that okay, this is now block W, that's how it looks in the 3D, what's the exact location. So if I would be able to display that SenNet ID next to the block in the 3D organ, kind of like a 3D and the text which is floating, that will be useful because I don't have to search [to know], oh, that's the one."
