Design start: Human Atlas Stories Y3 cosmetic updates

Today I met with Todd to discuss what is possible for Human Atlas Stories for the 8th Release:

• We determined that Melanie is my development contact for this UI.
• We discussed the need for a centralized resource where all assets live.
• We will need this website to use the design system eventually, so assets/code may need to be migrated to this repository.
• We need to better understand the development framework of this UI and possibly request adding Angular Material/Material Design components from our Design System.
  • I am guessing we are using GitHub pages for this due to the URL: https://cns-iu.github.io/hra-scrollytelling/devstory5.html

Next steps:

• Todd will send me an invite for the next meeting with Melanie
• I will discuss expectations for this UI with Katy, Bruce, and Lisel

Likely, we will take small steps this cycle:

• Update background colors
• Update fonts
• Achieve a centralized resource for all code/visual assets (if one doesn't already exist)

If possible:

• Implement design system nav header
• Implement design system nav footer
• Redesign 2-3 visual images with Label font to match design system

Eventually:

• Try to use buttons from the design system instead of embedded links.
• Perhaps implement a card structure at the bottom of each story to improve the visual hierarchy of the closing section.
