Page not shown correctly after Upload create

If a entity is being edited (on Upload, Sample, etc... edit page) when navigating to create an upload (click menu pick Bulk-->Data) vs starting from the main search page, after the Upload has been created and the create dialog disappears the resulting page shows the information from the entity that was previously being edited (though the browser URL and the HuBMAP ID on the edit page do update correctly).
