@katyb suggested that we keep this repo as a metering tool to see how cell type annotations have differed since the introduction of the hra-workflow-runner. I think it should be deprecated at some point as we now have reproducible ways of running multiple cell type annotation tools over datasets.

@bherr2
Happy to hear your thoughts. It might be useful to implement a UI with bar graph visualizations elsewhere.

Note: We are not using hra-pop data presently. Rather, we use https://github.com/hubmapconsortium/tissue-bar-graphs/tree/static/csv.

The basic plan for this is to refactor it and include it as a supported HRA web component by HRA v2.1. As such, it would support our new jsonld format (and probably CSV too since that seems to be convenient)

That would be great. This web component could serve as a way to quickly visualize cell type populations for anatomical structures and entities in the dataset graph, such as portals, studies, donors, and datasets.

Ok, I've created an issue in the hra-ui repo where this will eventually go

After we get it integrated we will archive this repo
