emoji clarification Icon can not work on widget in shadow dom

Describe the bug

Given customer is on a chat conversation on Chat widget,
When he tries to send a emoji on emoji popup
And he clicks emoji clarification Icon
But it is not work, the emoji popup is closed without any one emoji selected

2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
