Creating a separate issue to track the new TODO items mentioned in #515 (comment)

  • Address problems with the New Layout dialog (ignoring fill settings, missing options, missing error checking, etc).
  • Changing Location on the Header tab or Layout on the Map > Metatiles tab doesn't update the map list.
  • Save the states of the toggleable map list tool bar buttons in the config.
  • Add layout-specific callbacks to the scripting API
