[RyzenAI] Few TIMM model do not run on IPU

Ryzen SDK: 1.0.1 (Need to check with Ryzen SDK 1.1)

Some of the models in TIMM CI do not run on IPU. Among these models some show No. of Subgraphs for IPU > 0.

For example log for timm_resnest50d.in1k

	[Vitis AI EP] No. of Operators :   CPU  1166 
	[Vitis AI EP] No. of Subgraphs :   CPU    33    IPU    33

Expected Behavior:

1. All models run on device
2. Proper log message
