[Default pipelines] Add a revision tag to all pipelines

To make sure that the default pipelines models - some of which - are community contributed models and thus somewhat "out-of-control" for transformers, it'd be important to add a revision tag to those default models (maybe actually to all pipeline models).

Motivation

To ensure that changing checkpoints don't break transformers
