Describe the feature you want 描述你的功能需求

当前的情况是，FixIt 主题的页面宽度缩小到一定范围时，网页会响应式地隐藏目录显示

希望增加一个按钮，点击这个按钮时，弹出fixd定位的目录以便于页面的行内跳转，就像fuji主题那样，当然建议在移动端也加入这个按钮并恒定显示，方便移动端用户的行内跳转
