Cannot scope PHPUnit with PHP 7.4

This is the command used in PHPUnit's build process to invoke php-scoper:

./tools/php-scoper add-prefix --no-ansi --force --config build/config/php-scoper.php --no-interaction --stop-on-failure --output-dir build/tmp/phar-scoped --prefix PHPUnit build/tmp/phar

With PHP 7.4, which is my system's default version, I get

Unfortunately cannot debug this one until I'm able to install PHP 7.4 locally which doesn't appear to be trivial...

0.13.0 has been released with PHP 7.4 support
