Improve calendar selection

This relates to the main calendar view (the one a User can select from the main menu bar, and which can show all calendars).

In that view, the User can filter which calendars and events to show in the view.

The current arrangement lacks granularity, the User cannot select to view calendars from individual spaces, the User has no control over the viewing of Task calendars, tasks, or birthdays.

Proposed improved arrangement:
