Risk management - Continuously adding logs about max drawdown

Describe the bug

After reviewing the bot running for 3 days, confirmed that the controller drawback works on the set pct (10) which did not create orders, no rebalancing occurred and no result to stuck orders on exchange. However it did not stopped adding logs about ..... 15 - hummingbot.strategy.script_strategy_base - INFO - Controller .... reached max drawdown. Stopping the controller.

Issue stopped after the stop command was sent from dashboard -> instance page

Steps to reproduce bug

1. Run GS with controller drawback enabled
2. Deploy and let it run for couple of days until you hit drawback pct
3. Review logs then stop the bot from dashboard
