As a user, I want to be able to login using my email and password

Refer to the defined specification

ViewLogin.vue should be classified as Vue views. Official Doc
a TheLogin.vue should defined as a Vue component. Official Doc
a login page without style
user should be able to login
inputs are required to be validated use vuelidate. Refer to sample component.
