It'd be nice to be able to have one netlify app for multiple (co-hosted) domains and the script supporting keys with the same localpart but different domain names, i.e. keys/foo@example.com and foo@example.org.
Right now, the script is too simple, because it simply takes the localpart from the filename and uses that to overwrite whatever was there before.
