Deploy HydraDirect stack using deployment CM tooling Execute Fedora and Hydra benchmark tests to verify that the expected capacity can be managed Run through the paces of adding new accounts, adding and removing data, and removing accounts to ensure these functions work as expected

Goal:
A tested initial deployment
