当使用Wallpaper Engine中任何带有光标拖影、光标动效、光标跟踪的壁纸时，拖拽图标会有卡顿，聚焦缩放出现延迟、丢帧。
稳定出现bug的情况：当使用wallpaper engine切换壁纸后，此bug即出现。将任何界面全屏后，再此返回桌面，此bug即消失。
此外，在使用电脑过程中，此bug会随机出现。
Sapphire版本：V1.3.2.5
Wallpaper Engine已更新为目前最新版本
Windows版本：Windows 11, version 23H2
