Upgrade to 3.0 for iOS and 4.9 for Android

Its been a while since this repo was updated. I am hoping to get to a current version of the Mixpanel SDK (3.0.6 is current for iOS and 4.9.2 for Android). As I have never worked on this module before, I'd rather not fork and do the upgrades, but I can if none of the existing maintainers are interested. Let me know.

This module is not working with Ti SDK 6+ for android. We need to add support for latest version of ti sdk
