EIP-4844 introduces a whole new type of gas for data, which is to be tracked separately from execution gas.

  • when composing new blocks, ensure tx will fit based on new rules.
  • add logic to validate blob transactions are willing to pay current data gas price
  • validate sender can afford transaction
