No visual Highlights on Substack

There are no highlights visible on Substack-blogs. The highlights are there and they are saved and exported and all is fine, but you can't see them on the page which is more of an annoyance than a real bug. See screenshots attached:

Forgot to mention: The highlights in fact are visible when you don't highlight a complete paragraph:

And they are partly visible until the a href on Substack breaks something (in this example i highlighted the whole sentence):

It looks like the screenshots come from https://chuckpalahniuk.substack.com/p/consider-this-tableau-horror. I was not able to reproduce using the current version of Hypothesis. Please let me know if you can, otherwise I will close this issue.
