User reports that when creating an assignment using a URL under https://www.plu.edu/pluto , the assignment will always open in the web app, not LMS. HubSpot ticket here.

Confirmed in Sakai and Canvas. Reproducible in our Canvas instance: https://hypothesis.instructure.com/courses/92/assignments/1467

@mattdricker I suspect we solved it here: hypothesis/lms#433.

I tried to repro on this Canvas assignment and couldn't. Can you confirm and, if you also can't repro, close?
