Description

Changing vrr from 2 to 1 while adaptive sync isn't active leaves m->vrrActive=true and doesn't activate VRR.

How to reproduce

  1. set vrr = 2
  2. set vrr = 1 while adaptive sync isn't active

Crash reports, logs, images, videos

No response
