Testing release for 4.7 compatibility

This one is getting very close to a final 4.7 release. We haven't tested it on 4.6 and I suspect there will be new issues there.

1.5.4 Pre-release, 4.7 compatibility

Please use this to test the upcoming CiviCRM 4.7-compatible release.

Much of the improvements will only be evident with 4.7.12 or later (which is still in beta as of this release), but it should work on earlier 4.7 as well, with the exception of bookkeeping and line-item issues.

This is a second update to security release 1.5.1, addressing the potential for multiple client charges due to improper handling of exceptions in the completetransaction call. It also includes a fix to allow administrators other than the super user to see the iATS console page. Both of these bugs were also present in 1.5.0.
