Seems to be a bug, at least unnatural behavior

What's the current behavior?

The cursor won't change its position when typing each character, shown as the fellowing gif:

jHR7ycP2nx
System: Mac Pro, Browser: Chrome 73.

What's the expected behavior?

The cursor should change its position after every character typed.

Actually, use Sogou input method in Mac OS will cause words skipping usually, which makes Chinese input very unfriendly.

Any help is appreciate.

@hecor I've transferred to ckeditor5, cause of slate's immatureness.
