add option to hide icon in macOS status bar

Sure, I imagine it would just remove the icon with maybe an option to press a hot key to bring it up again. I don't consider it to be super important though..! I'm currently using bartender to hide mine.

Besides removing the icon, it would be nice if trying to open the app a second time after it's already running showed the preferences, like this:

When I want to open Shortcat's preferences I just call Alfred (or Spotlight), type "shor…<cr>" and there I am. For Amethyst, on the other hand, nothing happens, so I have to reach for the mouse (ugh) and click that useless icon, which makes especially little sense considering Amethyst should help me use the mouse less. (I love it, though, congratulations on the great work, haha. ❤️)
