When I generated my microstructures for a MOOSE mesh I am running into a strange issue of floating elements. To further elaborate, the grains are not being generated as continuous, but there are simply individual voxels or even groups of voxels that are classified as the same grain. See the images below for examples of such grains.
In addition to these images I have included the setup file and the data that was used to generate this microstructure. I am using the noGUI option for this generation.
Is there an option I can adjust to get more uniform microstructures?
