Upgrade to version is-my-json-valid - 2.20.3 and ssri - 6.0.2,8.0.1

We have checked and updated ibm-watson to version 6.2.1 from 5.6.0 and es5-ext was already updated to the latest version (0.10.53). Also we did not find is-my-json-valid file in npm list. For ssri we have updated ibmcloud-appid to 6.2.3 and we have found that the latest version of got 11.8.3 and lowercase_keys 3.0.0(child dependencies) are not updated by ibmcloud-appid yet in npm. We need to update all the packages in ibmcloud-appid.
