Only the sidebar gets changed.
The main editor area does not change at all (both the background colour and the code colour), even after restarting the application.

I tried changing the color_scheme to "black-on-white", but it gives me error "Error loading colour scheme black-on-white: Unable to open black-on-white". Although the background does change to white and text becomes black. But there is no syntax highlighting.
"black-on-white" isn't a real color scheme, I meant to chose one of the black-on-white ones such as "Mac Classic" or "IDLE". You can also use the "Color Scheme" menu located in Sublime Text 3 -> Preferences.
