Scrolling issue with batched labels

I noticed there's an issue with batching and multiple panes.
If the cursor is placed outside of the current view on a non-active pane, that pane will scroll to the cursor when it becomes active as you're circling through the labels, sometimes making it impossible to see the actual labels.

This needs some more investigation before proposing a fix.
