Change Request Form

Once applications are submitted, they are not editable by the student. There are times due to either input errors or changes in circumstances that changes are required. Rather than allowing students to change applications, the student must submit a "Change Request" via a form in the portal. That change request will include a description of the change and may include 1 or more attached files.

Change requests are recorded and displayed to the student at the bottom of the application details page.

We will piggy-back on the Messaging section and change requests are a specific type of Message.

Is there a reason we couldn't just make the application editable? e.g. its locked by default, then admins can make certain sections editable by the student?
