Request to add new term for patient derived organoids to "specimen_type" field

Request from P-1000 program to add a new permissible value ("Patient derived organoids") to "specimen_type". But before considering this request, we will need to follow up with program to determine if the organoids are derived from the primary tumour or metastatic tumour, or both? The terms in the "specimen_type" field indicate the kind of specimen that was collected with respect to tumour/normal origin, so this is important to know before adding the requested term.
