I personally don't use pandoc-crossref so I don't know. But my guess is it does. pantable with csv is design to be like another table extension of pandoc. For each cell you write in markdown normally, and it uses pandoc to parse each cell as markdown, and construct an AST table. So I think you can invoke pantable filter first and then pandoc-crossref. After pantable's filter, what "pandoc-crossref sees" is the JSON AST with a native pandoc table, and it wouldn't matter where it was originate from. Let me know if it works after trying that. |

Is there a possibility to use this together with pandoc-crossref, i.e. using a {#tbl:tagname} somewhere?
