Hi. We are working through a 13 GB folder of DICOM files and we continue to run out of memory and time as it runs almost 30 hours and times out. Any advice on how to speed up this process?

Have a similar problem; seems https://github.com/rordenlab/dcm2niix is ~5x faster.
