Access the database with a browser no result

Canot Access the database with a browser. In browser i get a blank page without any views...

Domino v11.0.1 on Windows 2016 box
Any step done as described in quickstart
Signed with Admin ID >> no success
signed with Server ID >> no success

Setup everything on a second server
Domino v11.0.1 on Windows 2012 box

any time I open the URL xxx.xxx/dqlexplorer.nsf/index.html for less then one sec. the screen show the index.html, but immediatly blend out to grey window.

It's a great pity
