As per title, we need to add test support for rfe boards

Updates in my forks :

TBD:

  1. ping of MPU-9520 (second IMU, it doesn't replay neither at ox68 and ox69 driving AD0 accordingly)

  1. Check the 12V cable (J5) - it doesn't supply the board

  2. Check SPI w/o external expression board

TBD:

OK

OK, I was missing to drive EN_5V signal

  1. Check SPI w/o external expression board

OK

support added and tested

TBD : chum out new IPTS release; I'll do that o Thursday

Opened necessary PRs, tomorrow morning I'll made a final test w/ the hardware before chum out the IPTS release
