Add CSV & and other results documentation links and scripts to facilitate code-to-code comparisons

Feature Description

A company has reached out and said they would like to use the VTB to facilitate code-to-code comparisons but do not necessarily want to be running the NEAMS tools to generate the VTB-solution to the problems/benchmarks.
This could be enabled by adding more documentation, and pointing to / including more data in our model results sections

Design

Add more data / links to results
Use CIVET to test these results to make sure they stay current
