NInspector: Toggling / Clearing breakpoints doesn't work

This is a bit difficult to debug, but basically, every time I toggle a breakpoint, either a new one is set on a different line in the vicinity of the current one or I get an error message in the Terminal buffer stating that the breakpoint already exists. Clearing all breakpoints doesn't seem to have any effect.
