Checking both RFC 5484 and a copy of it in the Matroska doc on one side and SMPTE ST 12-1 on another side, I see that MKV and RFC 5484 doc stipulate bit 27 for polarity independently of the frame rate but SMPTE ST 12-1 stipulate bit 59 for polarity in case of 25-frame content, where is expected to be the polarity bit in MKV (and RFC 4848?) in case of 25-frame time code?
